Request for further information. The State may at any time request further information from the Grantee for the purpose of assisting the State in satisfying itself of the matters referred to in clause 4.1(c), (d) and (e). The Grantee must comply with the State's request: a) within 15 Business Days after the request for further information is made by the State; or b) within 40 Business Days following the Operations Commencement Date, whichever is the earlier.
