Request for Re-inspection Clause Samples

A Request for Re-inspection clause allows a party, typically a buyer or tenant, to ask for a follow-up inspection of a property after an initial inspection has been completed. This clause outlines the conditions under which a re-inspection can be requested, such as after repairs or corrections have been made by the seller or landlord. Its core practical function is to ensure that any agreed-upon repairs or issues identified in the first inspection have been properly addressed before finalizing the transaction, thereby protecting the interests of the requesting party and promoting transparency.
