A Request for Records clause grants one party the right to ask for and obtain specific documents or records from the other party, typically related to the subject matter of the agreement. In practice, this clause may require a party to provide financial statements, transaction records, or compliance documentation upon request, often within a specified timeframe. Its core function is to ensure transparency and accountability by allowing parties to verify information and monitor compliance with contractual obligations.
Request for Records. In the event that any requests or demands are made for the inspection of the Shareholder records of the Customer, other than request for records of Shareholders pursuant to standard subpoenas from state or federal government authorities (e.g., in divorce and criminal actions), the Transfer Agent will endeavor to notify the Customer and to secure instructions from an authorized officer of the Customer as to such inspection. The Transfer Agent expressly reserves the right, however, to exhibit the Shareholder records to any person whenever it is advised by counsel that it may be held liable for the failure to exhibit the Shareholder records to such person or if required by law or court order.
Request for Records. Within 5 days of entry of a student the AGENCY’s appointed staff will request the educational records (including ESE information) from all previous schools of attendance.

The Transfer Agent expressly reserves the right, however, to exhibit the Shareholder records to any person whenever it is advised by counsel that it may be held liable for the failure to exhibit the Shareholder records to such person or if required by law or court order.
Request for Records. If the ACBN, or any authorized agency or organization requests the health care records, x-rays, or other documents, certificant shall provide copies of these records within a time frame as determined by the ACBN, usually fourteen (14) days. Copies of records shall be provided at Certificants sole expense. Failure of Provider to supply requested records may result in termination of this Agreement.

Requests for printed genealogies will require a fee of three [3] cents per line and with a minimum cost of $12 plus postage. Request for Records. A Consultant’s request for physical copies of invoices, applications, downline reports, or other records will require a review and approval by the Compliance Department and will be subject to a $1.00 charge per page, as well as any applicable shipping charges.
