Requested Modifications. After the Development Program Thermage may request or Stellartech may suggest changes in the design or operation of the Products relating to improvements, or the reliability or serviceability thereof. The parties shall promptly discuss such modifications in good faith and Stellartech shall make any modifications requested or approved by Thermage, provided Thermage agrees to pay the reasonable costs of implementing such changes (including possible scrapping or reworking of existing units) which may alter the purchase prices hereunder as agreed by the parties.
