Common use of Requested Time Off Clause in Contracts

Requested Time Off. In effect August 1, 2016 replacing Earned Day Off (E.D.O) 12.7.1 Effective August 1, 2016 employees who desire time off work to attend to personal or farming matters shall first request the time off work from a manager. Provided the requested absence does not unduly interfere with the operational needs of the employer, the time off request will be granted.
