Common use of Requesting and Granting PTO Clause in Contracts

Requesting and Granting PTO. PTO must, except in unusual circumstances, be requested in advance of the time off desired. Consistent with the Medical Center’s and the nurse’s responsibilities to provide adequate patient care, the Medical Center will not unreasonably deny said request.
