The aggregate amount represents the full and final amount to be paid by the City for all expenses incurred and incidentals necessary to complete the work. The City shall not be obligated to pay any other compensation, fees, charges, prices or costs, nor shall Vendor charge any additional compensation for completing the work order of the Statement of Work. All costs invoiced to the City, shall be associated with an active and open work order. Invoices for software installed in City facilities and other work performed under this Contract shall be submitted, in writing to the City’s Project Manager. Invoices shall include such information as prescribed in the Specifications or Statement of Work, and is necessary for the City to determine the exact nature of all expenditures and shall reference this Contract. Additional payment terms or invoice instructions may be mutually agreed upon by the City and the Vendor.
