If the buyer is an active LivElite International Distributor, he or she must first terminate his or her LivElite International business and wait six calendar months before acquiring any interest in the new LivElite International business. c) Before the sale, transfer or assignment can be finalized and approved by LivElite International, any debt obligations the selling Distributor has with LivElite International must be satisfied. d) The selling Distributor must be in good standing and not in violation of any of the terms of the Agreement in order to be eligible to sell, transfer or assign a LivElite International business. e) The buyer or transferee must pay the $100 USD purchase fee of distributorship to LivElite International. f) The buyer or transferee of the new position must pay the $49 USD enrollment fee. LivElite International will provide you with a brand new distributor ID. The buyer or transferee will assume the rollover volume from the position that was purchased including the entire enrollment tree. g) To earn binary commissions the buyer or transferee must fulfill the active requirement. To earn other commissions they must upgrade to a 250 PV or 500 PV Starter Kit. Prior to selling a LivElite International business, the selling Distributor must notify LivElite International’s Legal Department of his or her intent to sell the LivElite International business. Upon complete execution of the purchase and sale agreement, the parties must submit copies of the same to the Legal Department for review.
