Common use of Required Attendance Clause in Contracts

Required Attendance. 25.3.1 Where the SAMFS directs an employee (thus the employee has no option of refusal) to attend training related to operational needs or to meet statutory requirements, payment will be made pursuant to Clause 14.2.1 of the Award (i.e. overtime).
