Common use of Required Minimum Improvements Clause in Contracts

Required Minimum Improvements. Developer will make a capital investment of approximately Ten Million Five Hundred Thousand Dollars ($10,500,000.00) to acquire and improve the Property (the Minimum Improvements). The Minimum Improvements shall consist of the creation of Forty-Eight (48) apartments.
