Common use of Required Minimum Improvements Clause in Contracts

Required Minimum Improvements. Grant Recipient shall improve the Development Property as follows: Façade improvements returning the exterior to its late 1800s appearance (the “Minimum Improvements”). The Minimum Improvements shall be completed in substantial conformity with the scope and scale described in Grant Recipient’s application to the Program, and the Design Letter attached hereto.

The Minimum Improvements shall be completed in substantial conformity with the scope and scale described in Grant Recipient’s application to the Program, and the Design Letter attached hereto.
