Required Use. During the term of this Agreement following the Commencement Date and continuing thereafter until the Expiration Date, the Improvements shall not be used for any purpose other than as a Home Depot retail store, and the operation and occupancy of the Improvements in conformance with such use shall not cease for more than thirty (30) consecutive days except in connection with and to the extent of an event of Force Majeure.
