Required Use. During the term of this Agreement beginning on the date of Completion of Construction of the Improvements and continuing until the expiration of the term, unless sooner terminated, Owner shall not allow the operation of the Improvements in conformance with the Required Use to cease for more than thirty (30) days except in connection with, and to the extent of an event of Force Majeure or Casualty.
