Requirement of Writing. Amendments and additions to this Agreement must be made in writing. The same applies in respect of this provision. Any such amendments and additions require the signature of the responsible person in the Central Quality Management department of IMS CS in Sopron, Hungary. Otherwise fax, email or EDI are sufficient to satisfy the requirement of writing, unless explicitly stated otherwise.
