Common use of Requirement to Maintain Clause in Contracts

Requirement to Maintain. The Contractor shall take out and maintain in force or procure the taking out and maintenance of the insurances specified in Schedule 15 and any other insurances as may be required by law (provided that its cover requires to be effective in each case not later than the date on which it is required and from the date on which the relevant risk commences).
