Requirements after Termination. Upon Termination of this Agreement in accordance with the terms of this Article 23, the Contractor shall comply with and conform to the following: (a) deliver to the Authority all Plant and Materials which shall have become the property of the Authority under this Article 23; (b) deliver all relevant records, reports, Intellectual Property and other licences pertaining to the Works, Maintenance, other design documents and in case of Termination occurring after the Provisional Certificate has been issued, the “as built’ Drawings for the Works; (c) transfer and/or deliver all Applicable Permits to the extent permissible under Applicable Laws; and (d) vacate the Site within 15 (fifteen) days.
Requirements after Termination. Upon termination of this Contract in accordance with the provisions of this Article 16, the Contractor shall comply with and conform to the following: a) deliver to the Authority all Plant and Materials which shall have become the property of the Authority under this Article 16; b) deliver all relevant records, reports, intellectual property and other licences pertaining to the Works, other design documents; c) transfer and/or deliver all Approvals to the Authority to the extent permissible under Applicable Laws; and d) vacate the Site within 5 (five) days.
Requirements after Termination. 21.4.1 Upon Termination of this Contract Agreement in accordance with the terms of this Article 21, the Contractor shall comply with and conform to the following: 21.4.2 Deliver to the Authority all Project Assets which shall have become the property of the Authority under this Article21; 21.4.3 Deliver all relevant records, reports, intellectual property and other licences pertaining to the Works, other design documents and in case of Termination occurring after the Project Commissioning Certificate has been issued, the ‘as built’ drawings for the Works; 21.4.4 Transfer and/or deliver all Applicable Permits to the extent permissible under Applicable Laws; and 21.4.5 Vacate the Project Site within 15days.
Requirements after Termination. Upon Termination of this Agreement, the Contractor shall comply with and conform to the following: (a) deliver to the RSCL all Plant and Materials which shall have become the property of the RSCL (b) deliver all relevant records, reports, Intellectual Property and other licenses pertaining to work, Maintenance and in case of Termination occurring after the Provisional Certificate has been issued, the “as built’ Drawings for work; (c) transfer and/or deliver all Applicable Permits to the extent permissible under Applicable Laws; and (d) vacate the Site within 15 (fifteen) days or any further period if permitted by RSCL in writing. (e) In event contractor for whatever reason fails to vacate the site, where upon he has no permission to enter for performance of work, he shall be declared as unauthorized person and thereafter shall be liable to all actions as trespassers as and when he, his agents, vendors, sub contractor or any one without permission of RSCL attempts to enter the site.
Requirements after Termination. Upon Termination of the Agreement in accordance with the terms of this Article 16, the Contractor shall comply with and conform to the following Requirements: a. deliver to K D A all Plant and Materials which have become the property of KDA under this Article 16; b. deliver all relevant records, as may be required by the Project Engineer, reports, Intellectual Property and other licenses pertaining to the Works, Contractor’s documents, and other design documents made by or for him and ‘as built’ Drawings for which the Completion Certificate has been issued; c. transfer and/or deliver all Applicable Permits to the extent permissible under Applicable Laws; and d. vacate the Site within 28 (twenty eight) days.
Requirements after Termination. Upon Termination of this Agreement in accordance with the terms of this Clause 31, the Concessionaire shall comply with and conform to the following: (a) deliver to the Authority / SSNNL / FED all plant and materials which shall have become the property of the Authority / SSNNL / FED under this Clause 31; (b) deliver all relevant records, reports, intellectual property and other licences pertaining to the Construction Works, O&M, other design documents and in case of Termination occurring after the Provisional Certificate has been issued, the “as built” Drawings for the Construction Works; (c) transfer and/or deliver all Applicable Permits, to the extent permissible under Applicable Laws; and (d) vacate the Site within 15 (fifteen) days. Termination Payment shall become due and payable to the Concessionaire within 30 (thirty) days of a demand being made by the Concessionaire to the Authority / SSNNL / FED with the necessary particulars, and in the event of any delay, the Authority / SSNNL / FED shall pay interest at the Base Rate plus 2% (two percent), calculated at quarterly rests, on the amount of Termination Payment remaining unpaid; provided that such delay shall not exceed 90 (ninety) days. For the avoidance of doubt, it is expressly agreed that Termination Payment shall constitute full discharge by the Authority / SSNNL / FED of its payment obligations in respect thereof hereunder. The Concessionaire expressly agrees that Termination Payment under this Clause 31 shall constitute a full and final settlement of all claims of the Concessionaire on account of Termination of this Agreement and that it shall not have any further right or claim under any law, treaty, convention, contract or otherwise.
Requirements after Termination. ​ (a) Upon the termination of the Employee’s employment for any reason: ​ (i) the Company may set off any amounts owed by the Employee to the Company against any amounts the Company owes the Employee at the date of the termination except for amounts the Company is not entitled by law to set off; and ​ (ii) the Employee must return to the Company or destroy (if the Company so directs) all property belonging to or relating to the key or access card of the premises of the Company, all documents and other materials (which are originals or copies and in hard copy or electronic form) concerning the Company which are or which come under the Employee’s possession, custody or control. ​
Requirements after Termination. Upon any termination of your employment you shall: (a) return during normal working hours to the Company or as it may direct all original or copy materials, all records, documents, books, papers, accounts, credit cards, equipment and other property relating to the business of the Company, or its clients or customers; and (b) continue to comply with the provisions of this Agreement (including, not by way of limitation Clauses 15 and 16 which are expressed to apply following or notwithstanding termination of your employment.
