Common use of Requirements – State Clause in Contracts

Requirements – State. By January 29, 2017, the State will provide the Grantee with a list of public swimming pools from their jurisdiction that have paid the license fees, and have been inspected for the calendar year 2016. This list is the basis for reimbursement to the Grantee and must be submitted to the State as provided under item F.

This list is the basis for reimbursement to the Grantee and must be submitted to the State as provided under item F.
