Research and Development Efforts. Fluidigm shall use commercially reasonable efforts to research, develop and commercialize the Licensed IP Rights as Fluidigm determines commercially feasible. Appendix 1 of the Sponsored Research Agreement sets forth the components of Fluidigm’s Topaz System which Fluidigm plans to release commercially.
