Research and Development Reports. 5.3.1 Intrexon shall keep complete and accurate records of its activities conducted under Section 5.1.1 of this Agreement and the results thereof. Within [*****] days after the end of each calendar year until the First Commercial Sale in the United States of a Product, Halozyme shall prepare and provide Intrexon with a reasonably detailed written report of the activities conducted under this Agreement, and the results thereof, through such date of such report, to develop and obtain regulatory approvals to market Products.
