Research and Development Services Sample Clauses

The Research and Development Services clause defines the scope and terms under which one party provides research and development activities for another. It typically outlines the specific services to be performed, deliverables expected, timelines, and any standards or methodologies to be followed. This clause ensures both parties have a clear understanding of their roles and responsibilities, helping to prevent misunderstandings and disputes regarding the nature and quality of the R&D work.
