Common use of RESERVATION TO LESSOR Clause in Contracts

RESERVATION TO LESSOR. All outside walls of the Premises and any space in the Premises used for stairways and passageways to other adjoining premises, shafts, stacks, pipes, conduits, ducts or other building facilities, the heating, electrical, plumbing air-conditioning and other systems and the use thereof, as well as access thereto through the Premises for the purpose of use, operation, maintenance and repair are hereby expressly reserved to the Lessor, on the understanding that the Lessor or the Lessee shall have the right to access the Premises to conduct repairs for which each party is responsible as set out herein.
