Common use of Reserved Legislative Powers Clause in Contracts

Reserved Legislative Powers. This Agreement shall not limit the future exercise of the police powers of the City to enact ordinances, standards or rules regulating Development Activity within the City. Any ordinance, plan, or regulations which operates to reduce the Maximum Residential Density, the Maximum Commercial Density, increase exactions or dedications or modify the Permitted or Conditional Uses approved in the Firelight Conceptual MPDO Plan, the Firelight Preliminary Site Plan or this Agreement shall be deemed to be waived by the City insofar as it relates to Development Activity within the Subject Property or any After Acquired Property.
