Residents who fail to check out Sample Clauses

This clause establishes the procedures and consequences for residents who do not complete the required check-out process at the end of their stay. Typically, it outlines the steps residents must follow to properly vacate their accommodations, such as returning keys, removing personal belongings, and settling any outstanding charges. If a resident fails to check out as specified, the clause may authorize the property manager to impose additional fees, dispose of abandoned property, or take other remedial actions. The core function of this clause is to ensure a smooth transition between occupants, minimize administrative burdens, and protect the property owner's interests in managing turnover and potential damages.
