Common use of Resignation by Executive without Good Reason Clause in Contracts

Resignation by Executive without Good Reason. Executive may resign without Good Reason at any time after delivery of written Notice of Termination by Executive to the Company.

Resignation by Executive without Good Reason. Executive may resign and terminate this Agreement upon written notice to the Corporation as provided herein. In the event Executive’s employment under this Agreement is terminated by the resignation of Executive without Good Reason at any time after delivery of written Notice of Termination by (as hereinafter defined), Executive shall thereafter have no right to the Companyreceive compensation or other benefits under this Agreement.
