Common use of Resignation Date Clause in Contracts

Resignation Date. Executive has tendered his resignation with the Company effective as of the Resignation Date and Executive’s employment with the Company shall be terminated effective as of the date thereof. Executive hereby resigns from all positions as an officer, director or employee of the Company and each of its subsidiaries or affiliates effective as of the Resignation Date and further agrees to execute such further evidence of such resignations as may be necessary or appropriate to effectuate the foregoing.

Resignation Date. The Executive has tendered his agrees that the effective date of the Executive’s resignation with from the Company effective is August 25, 2010 (the “Resignation Date”). The Executive further agrees that as of the Resignation Date Date, he shall resign from any and Executive’s employment all positions he holds with the Company shall be terminated effective as Company, including but not limited to, President, Chief Executive Officer and Member of the date thereof. Executive hereby resigns from all positions as an officer, director or employee Board of Directors of the Company and each of its subsidiaries or affiliates effective as of the Resignation Date and further agrees to execute such further evidence of such resignations as may be necessary or appropriate to effectuate the foregoingCompany.
