Resignation for Any Reason. The Executive may terminate Executive’s employment for any reason upon thirty (30) days’ prior written notice to the Company, which notice period may be reduced by the Company upon receipt of such notice. Upon such a termination, the Executive will be entitled to receive the Accrued Rights and any Accrued Retention Bonus. Following a termination of the Executive’s employment by the Executive for any reason, the Executive shall have no further rights to any compensation or any other benefits except as set forth in this Section 6.4.
