Common use of Resignation from Positions Clause in Contracts

Resignation from Positions. Effective as of 12:00 p.m. on the Separation Date, Employee hereby resigns her positions as Senior Vice President & Chief Financial Officer and from any other positions she might hold with EQT and its affiliates. While Employee agrees that the foregoing resignations are intended to be self-effectuating, Employee further agrees to execute any documentation that EQT determines necessary or appropriate to facilitate such resignations.

Resignation from Positions. Effective as of 12:00 5:00 p.m. on the Separation Date, Employee hereby resigns her positions position as Senior Vice President & Chief Financial Officer President, Production and from any other positions she might hold with EQT and its affiliates. Effective As a result of the termination of Employee’s employment by EQT without Cause, effective as of 12:00 5:00 p.m. on the Separation Date, Employee hereby resigns her his positions as Senior Executive Vice President & Chief Financial Operating Officer and from any other positions she he might hold with EQT and its affiliates. While Employee agrees that the foregoing resignations are intended to be self-effectuating, Employee further agrees to execute any documentation that EQT determines necessary or appropriate to facilitate such resignations.
