Resignation in Good Standing. may seek recession of the resignation and reinstatement by delivering an appeal in writing to the Human Resources not later than close of business on the third (3rd) calendar day after the resignation is effective. Within five (5) work days of receipt of the appeal, the Human Resources Director shall consider the appeal and render a final and binding decision including, if applicable, the date of reinstatement.
