Resignation in Good Standing. A resignation giving the Fire Chief/Administrator written notice at least thirty (30) days in advance of the last date of service is a resignation in good standing.

A resignation giving the Fire Chief/Administrator Chief written notice at least thirty two (302) days weeks in advance of the last date of service (unless the Fire Chief requires a longer period of notice, or consents to the employee's terminating on shorter notice) is a resignation in good standing.
