Common use of Resignation Notification Clause in Contracts

Resignation Notification. Each member shall give the Employer two (2) weeks written notice before leaving his/her employment and complete reasonable assignments as directed by their supervisor in order to be considered eligible for separation in good standing. This time requirement may be modified by mutual agreement between the Employer and the member. After a member has presented a resignation, it may be withdrawn only by mutual agreement of the parties.
