Resolution of Conflicts in Documents. Where conflicts may exist between and/or within the Contract Documents, the higher quality, greater quantity, more restrictive, and/or more expensive requirement shall be required and shall be the basis of Contractor pricing. The Contractor shall notify the A/E and the ODR for resolution of the issue prior to executing the work in question.
