Resource Commitments. Licensee shall provide PalmSource with access to the then-current Licensee developer program used to support Strategic Developers, including, but not limited to, Licensee specific SDKs, access to pre-release hardware and, following release, a minimum of two (2) of each particular shipping Licensee Product. Licensee shall also provide electronic access to pre-release software provided to Licensee by Strategic Developers during Licensee Product development.
