Resource Management. The Jurisdiction agrees that it will only deploy employees as authorized resources under this Agreement who are fully qualified and capable of performing the duties described in the completed and mutually executed Attachment A and under the conditions described therein. The Jurisdiction agrees that if any of its employees deployed as an authorized resource under this Agreement are determined by the EMAC or PNEMA requesting participant, in its sole discretion, to not meet this requirement, those employees may in the sole discretion of the EMAC or PNEMA requesting participant be returned to the Jurisdiction from which they deployed at the sole cost and expense of the Jurisdiction, and the cost and expense of deploying and returning the employee(s) will not be reimbursed under this Agreement. Resource Management. 8.2.1 The Service Provider must develop a Resource Plan for Health’s Acceptance, addressing at a minimum the requirements set out in Schedule 6 – Implementation and Transition Requirements. 8.2.2 The Service Provider must finalise the Resource Plan within [20] Business Days after the Commencement Date. 8.2.3 Once the Resource Plan is Accepted by Health, the Service Provider must comply with and maintain the Resource Management Plan (including any updates or amendments approved by Health).
Resource Management a. Participating Hospital agrees to use the LERN screen within Resource Management, a secure web-based system, as a communication component within LERN. b. Hospital information entered into Resource Management will include, but is not limited to, availability of select medical specialties and other information about the hospital’s ability to respond and treat LERN patients according to identified protocols. c. Resource Management. (a) This operational factor covers grounds where a transfer is necessary because of a breakdown of personal relationships between the employee, of any rank, and other employees; or that employee and the local community.
