Resource Management. The Jurisdiction agrees that it will only deploy employees as authorized resources under this Agreement who are fully qualified and capable of performing the duties described in the completed and mutually executed Attachment A and under the conditions described therein. The Jurisdiction agrees that if any of its employees deployed as an authorized resource under this Agreement are determined by the EMAC or PNEMA requesting participant, in its sole discretion, to not meet this requirement, those employees may in the sole discretion of the EMAC or PNEMA requesting participant be returned to the Jurisdiction from which they deployed at the sole cost and expense of the Jurisdiction, and the cost and expense of deploying and returning the employee(s) will not be reimbursed under this Agreement. Resource Management. 8.2.1 The Service Provider must develop a Resource Plan for Health’s Acceptance, addressing at a minimum the requirements set out in Schedule 6 – Implementation and Transition Requirements.
8.2.2 The Service Provider must finalise the Resource Plan within [20] Business Days after the Commencement Date.
8.2.3 Once the Resource Plan is Accepted by Health, the Service Provider must comply with and maintain the Resource Management Plan (including any updates or amendments approved by Health).
Resource Management a. Participating Hospital agrees to use the LERN screen within Resource Management, a secure web-based system, as a communication component within LERN.
b. Hospital information entered into Resource Management will include, but is not limited to, availability of select medical specialties and other information about the hospital’s ability to respond and treat LERN patients according to identified protocols.
c. Participating Hospital will use best efforts to provide real-time information about the hospital’s available resources and will take reasonable steps to update the information twice daily at 7 a.m. and 7 p.m. If resources change significantly during the day, Participating Hospital agrees to use best efforts to change resource availability status and activity level in Resource Management at that time.
d. The information entered into Resource Management will be used by the LCC to direct the flow of patients according to the established Protocols. Participating Hospital understands that Resource Management information is available to the LCC and LERN participating hospitals within the region.
Resource Management. 7.4.1 The opportunity to participate in the cooperative fisheries planning activities through the Joint Fisheries Committee is provided to Yale First Nation in accordance with 8.11.
7.4.2 The opportunity to participate in a public fisheries advisory process that principally encompasses the Domestic Fishing Area is provided to Yale First Nation in accordance with 8.13.1.
Resource Management. (a) This operational factor covers grounds where a transfer is necessary because of a breakdown of personal relationships between the employee, of any rank, and other employees; or that employee and the local community.
(b) Further, this factor applies where staff numbers have fallen below safe operational levels. Should there be no applicants for these positions after advertisement State-wide and there are no volunteers, the Service may consider the implementation of directed transfers. Provided that prior to so doing, the process of selection of appointees occurs by a process agreed between the Service and the QPUE. Agreement will not be unreasonably withheld or delayed by either party.
(c) Where it has been clearly demonstrated to TAC that an employee is not coping in their current position and management has taken all fair and reasonable actions to assist the employee in that position, the Service may seek to relocate the employee. Provided that any costs associated with or resulting from the relocation are borne by the Service. Further, reports have to be provided by management as to what has been the problem and what has been done to rectify it and, a report from the employee concerned regarding the proposed transfer. These are to be provided to TAC members at least 7 days before TAC meets.
Resource Management. Once the Resource Plan is Accepted by Health in accordance with clause 8.2 and Schedule 6 – Implementation and Transition Requirements, the Service Provider must maintain and comply with the Resource Plan for the Term of the Services Agreement.
