Common use of Resources and Facilities Clause in Contracts

Resources and Facilities. Residents/fellows will have 24 hour access to appropriate safety and security resources, all laboratory, radiology, medical records, nursing, ancillary services, computer and internet access, food availability and sleep space, as necessary to function effectively. They will have ready access to specialty-specific and other appropriate reference material in print or electronic format, including access to electronic medical literature databases with full text capabilities. Residents/fellows who are nursing will have clean and private facilities for lactation.
