The notice must specify whether the alternate address is 5 permanent or, if it is a temporary address, the date after which the County should 6 mail any layoff notice to the employee’s home address. Such notice must be 7 delivered to the County at least fifteen (15) days prior to the date the County mails 8 the layoff notice.
