RESPONSE PROCEDURE. If there has been a mistake and you have notified us in accordance with clause 6.2, we will issue a credit note or adjust your next invoice as soon as reasonably practicable. If we do not agree that there has been a mistake, you can escalate the matter in accordance with clause 20.
