RESPONSE PROCEDURE. Dalet shall provide Support Services for reproducible malfunctions of the Software reported to Dalet by You that prevent the Software from performing in accordance with its documentation (“Errors”) reported by You in the operation of the Software. Dalet shall use commercially reasonable efforts to provide Support Services in accordance with the terms of Exhibit B. Upon identification of any Error, You shall notify Dalet of such Error and shall provide Dalet with such information as may be available to You to assist Dalet in identifying and duplicating the Error. Dalet shall promptly notify You of any Severity 1 Errors in the Software of which Dalet becomes aware.
