Responsibility for Charges. 4.1 iNetworks shall be responsible for and pay to Verizon all charges for any Telecommunications Services provided by Verizon or provided by persons other than Verizon and billed for by Verizon, that are ordered, activated or used by iNetworks, Resellers, Reseller Customers, or any other persons, through, by means of, or in association with, Telecommunications Services provided by Verizon to iNetworks pursuant to this Resale Attachment. 4.2 Upon request by iNetworks, Verizon will provide for use on resold Verizon retail Telecommunications Service dial tone lines purchased by iNetworks such Verizon retail Telecommunications Service call blocking and call screening services as Verizon provides to its own retail Customers, where and to the extent Verizon provides such Verizon retail Telecommunications Service call blocking services to Verizon’s own retail Customers. iNetworks understands and agrees that certain of Verizon’s call blocking and call screening services are not guaranteed to block or screen all calls and that notwithstanding iNetworks’ purchase of such blocking or screening services, Resellers, Reseller Customers or other persons ordering, activating or using Telecommunications Services on the resold dial tone lines may complete or accept calls which iNetworks intended to block. Notwithstanding the foregoing, iNetworks shall be responsible for and shall pay Verizon all charges for Telecommunications Services provided by Verizon or provided by persons other than Verizon and billed for by Verizon in accordance with the terms of Section 4.1 above.

Responsibility for Charges. 4.1 iNetworks New Horizons shall be responsible for and pay to Verizon all charges for any Telecommunications Services provided by Verizon or provided by persons other than Verizon and billed for by Verizon, that are ordered, activated or used by iNetworksNew Horizons, Resellers, Reseller Customers, New Horizons Customers or any other persons, through, by means of, or in association with, Telecommunications Services provided by Verizon to iNetworks New Horizons pursuant to this Resale Attachment. 4.2 Upon request by iNetworksNew Horizons, Verizon will provide for use on resold Verizon retail Telecommunications Service dial tone lines purchased by iNetworks New Horizons such Verizon retail Telecommunications Service call blocking and call screening services as Verizon provides to its own end user retail Customers, where and to the extent Verizon provides such Verizon retail Telecommunications Service call blocking services to Verizon’s own end user retail Customers. iNetworks New Horizons understands and agrees that certain of Verizon▇▇▇▇▇▇▇’s call blocking and call screening services are not guaranteed to block or screen all calls and that notwithstanding iNetworks’ New Horizons’s purchase of such blocking or screening services, Resellers, Reseller New Horizons’s end user Customers or other persons ordering, activating or using Telecommunications Services on the resold dial tone lines may complete or accept calls which iNetworks New Horizons intended to block. Notwithstanding the foregoing, iNetworks New Horizons shall be responsible for and shall pay Verizon all charges for Telecommunications Services provided by Verizon or provided by persons other than Verizon and billed for by Verizon in accordance with the terms of Section 4.1 above.

Responsibility for Charges. 4.1 iNetworks TWCIS shall be responsible for and pay to Verizon all charges for any Telecommunications Services provided by Verizon or provided by persons other than Verizon and billed for by Verizon, that are ordered, activated or used by iNetworksTWCIS, Resellers, Reseller Customers, TWCIS Customers or any other persons, through, by means of, or in association with, Telecommunications Services provided by Verizon to iNetworks TWCIS pursuant to this Resale Attachment. 4.2 Upon request by iNetworksTWCIS, Verizon will provide for use on resold Verizon retail Telecommunications Service dial tone lines purchased by iNetworks TWCIS such Verizon retail Telecommunications Service call blocking and call screening services as Verizon provides to its own end user retail Customers, where and to the extent Verizon provides such Verizon retail Telecommunications Service call blocking services to Verizon’s own end user retail Customers. iNetworks TWCIS understands and agrees that certain of Verizon’s call blocking and call screening services are not guaranteed to block or screen all calls and that notwithstanding iNetworks’ TWCIS’s purchase of such blocking or screening services, Resellers, Reseller TWCIS’s end user Customers or other persons ordering, activating or using Telecommunications Services on the resold dial tone lines may complete or accept calls which iNetworks TWCIS intended to block. Notwithstanding the foregoing, iNetworks TWCIS shall be responsible for and shall pay Verizon all charges for Telecommunications Services provided by Verizon or provided by persons other than Verizon and billed for by Verizon in accordance with the terms of Section 4.1 above.

Notwithstanding the foregoing, iNetworks dishNet shall be responsible for and shall pay Verizon all charges for Telecommunications Services provided by Verizon or provided by persons other than Verizon and billed for by Verizon in accordance with the terms of Section 4.1 above.

Notwithstanding the foregoing, iNetworks Airespring shall be responsible for and shall pay Verizon all charges for Telecommunications Services provided by Verizon or provided by persons other than Verizon and billed for by Verizon in accordance with the terms of Section 4.1 above.

Responsibility for Charges. 4.1 iNetworks Syniverse shall be responsible for and pay to Verizon all charges for any Telecommunications Services provided by Verizon or provided by persons other than Verizon and billed for by Verizon, that are ordered, activated or used by iNetworksSyniverse, Resellers, Reseller Customers, Syniverse Customers or any other persons, through, by means of, or in association with, Telecommunications Services provided by Verizon to iNetworks Syniverse pursuant to this Resale Attachment. 4.2 Upon request by iNetworksSyniverse, Verizon will provide for use on resold Verizon retail Telecommunications Service dial tone lines purchased by iNetworks Syniverse such Verizon retail Telecommunications Service call blocking and call screening services as Verizon provides to its own end user retail Customers, where and to the extent Verizon provides such Verizon retail Telecommunications Service call blocking services to Verizon’s own end user retail Customers. iNetworks Syniverse understands and agrees that certain of Verizon’s call blocking and call screening services are not guaranteed to block or screen all calls and that notwithstanding iNetworks’ Syniverse’s purchase of such blocking or screening services, Resellers, Reseller Syniverse’s end user Customers or other persons ordering, activating or using Telecommunications Services on the resold dial tone lines may complete or accept calls which iNetworks Syniverse intended to block. Notwithstanding the foregoing, iNetworks Syniverse shall be responsible for and shall pay Verizon all charges for Telecommunications Services provided by Verizon or provided by persons other than Verizon and billed for by Verizon in accordance with the terms of Section 4.1 above.

Responsibility for Charges. 4.1 iNetworks D-Max shall be responsible for and pay to Verizon all charges for any Telecommunications Services provided by Verizon or provided by persons other than Verizon and billed for by Verizon, that are ordered, activated or used by iNetworksD- Max, Resellers, Reseller Customers, D-Max Customers or any other persons, through, by means of, or in association with, Telecommunications Services provided by Verizon to iNetworks D-Max pursuant to this Resale Attachment. 4.2 Upon request by iNetworksD-Max, Verizon will provide for use on resold Verizon retail Telecommunications Service dial tone lines purchased by iNetworks D-Max such Verizon retail Telecommunications Service call blocking and call screening services as Verizon provides to its own end user retail Customers, where and to the extent Verizon provides such Verizon retail Telecommunications Service call blocking services to Verizon’s own end user retail Customers. iNetworks D-Max understands and agrees that certain of Verizon’s call blocking and call screening services are not guaranteed to block or screen all calls and that notwithstanding iNetworks’ D-Max’s purchase of such blocking or screening services, Resellers, Reseller D-Max’s end user Customers or other persons ordering, activating or using Telecommunications Services on the resold dial tone lines may complete or accept calls which iNetworks D-Max intended to block. Notwithstanding the foregoing, iNetworks D-Max shall be responsible for and shall pay Verizon all charges for Telecommunications Services provided by Verizon or provided by persons other than Verizon and billed for by Verizon in accordance with the terms of Section 4.1 above.

Responsibility for Charges. 4.1 iNetworks Hypercube shall be responsible for and pay to Verizon all charges for any Telecommunications Services provided by Verizon or provided by persons other than Verizon and billed for by Verizon, that are ordered, activated or used by iNetworksHypercube, Resellers, Reseller Customers, Hypercube Customers or any other persons, through, by means of, or in association with, Telecommunications Services provided by Verizon to iNetworks Hypercube pursuant to this Resale Attachment. 4.2 Upon request by iNetworksHypercube, Verizon will provide for use on resold Verizon retail Telecommunications Service dial tone lines purchased by iNetworks Hypercube such Verizon retail Telecommunications Service call blocking and call screening services as Verizon provides to its own end user retail Customers, where and to the extent Verizon provides such Verizon retail Telecommunications Service call blocking services to Verizon’s own end user retail Customers. iNetworks Hypercube understands and agrees that certain of Verizon’s call blocking and call screening services are not guaranteed to block or screen all calls and that notwithstanding iNetworks’ Hypercube’s purchase of such blocking or screening services, Resellers, Reseller Hypercube’s end user Customers or other persons ordering, activating or using Telecommunications Services on the resold dial tone lines may complete or accept calls which iNetworks Hypercube intended to block. Notwithstanding the foregoing, iNetworks Hypercube shall be responsible for and shall pay Verizon all charges for Telecommunications Services provided by Verizon or provided by persons other than Verizon and billed for by Verizon in accordance with the terms of Section 4.1 above.

Responsibility for Charges. 4.1 iNetworks Mosaic shall be responsible for and pay to Verizon all charges for any Telecommunications Services provided by Verizon or provided by persons other than Verizon and billed for by Verizon, that are ordered, activated or used by iNetworksMosaic, Resellers, Reseller Customers, Mosaic Customers or any other persons, through, by means of, or in association with, Telecommunications Services provided by Verizon to iNetworks Mosaic pursuant to this Resale Attachment. 4.2 Upon request by iNetworksMosaic, Verizon will provide for use on resold Verizon retail Telecommunications Service dial tone lines purchased by iNetworks Mosaic such Verizon retail Telecommunications Service call blocking and call screening services as Verizon provides to its own end user retail Customers, where and to the extent Verizon provides such Verizon retail Telecommunications Service call blocking services to Verizon’s own end user retail Customers. iNetworks Mosaic understands and agrees that certain of Verizon’s call blocking and call screening services are not guaranteed to block or screen all calls and that notwithstanding iNetworks’ Mosaic’s purchase of such blocking or screening services, Resellers, Reseller Mosaic’s end user Customers or other persons ordering, activating or using Telecommunications Services on the resold dial tone lines may complete or accept calls which iNetworks Mosaic intended to block. Notwithstanding the foregoing, iNetworks Mosaic shall be responsible for and shall pay Verizon all charges for Telecommunications Services provided by Verizon or provided by persons other than Verizon and billed for by Verizon in accordance with the terms of Section 4.1 above.

Responsibility for Charges. 4.1 iNetworks Synergem shall be responsible for and pay to Verizon all charges for any Telecommunications Services provided by Verizon or provided by persons other than Verizon and billed for by Verizon, that are ordered, activated or used by iNetworksSynergem, Resellers, Reseller Customers, Synergem Customers or any other persons, through, by means of, or in association with, Telecommunications Services provided by Verizon to iNetworks Synergem pursuant to this Resale Attachment.Attachment.‌ 4.2 Upon request by iNetworksSynergem, Verizon will provide for use on resold Verizon retail Telecommunications Service dial tone lines purchased by iNetworks Synergem such Verizon retail Telecommunications Service call blocking and call screening services as Verizon provides to its own end user retail Customers, where and to the extent Verizon provides such Verizon retail Telecommunications Service call blocking services to Verizon’s own end user retail Customers. iNetworks Synergem understands and agrees that certain of Verizon’s call blocking and call screening services are not guaranteed to block or screen all calls and that notwithstanding iNetworks’ Synergem’s purchase of such blocking or screening services, Resellers, Reseller Synergem’s end user Customers or other persons ordering, activating or using Telecommunications Services on the resold dial tone lines may complete or accept calls which iNetworks Synergem intended to block. Notwithstanding the foregoing, iNetworks Synergem shall be responsible for and shall pay Verizon all charges for Telecommunications Services provided by Verizon or provided by persons other than Verizon and billed for by Verizon in accordance with the terms of Section 4.1 above.

Responsibility for Charges. 4.1 iNetworks PacOptic shall be responsible for and pay to Verizon all charges for any Telecommunications Services provided by Verizon or provided by persons other than Verizon and billed for by Verizon, that are ordered, activated or used by iNetworksPacOptic, Resellers, Reseller Customers, PacOptic Customers or any other persons, through, by means of, or in association with, Telecommunications Services provided by Verizon to iNetworks PacOptic pursuant to this Resale Attachment. 4.2 Upon request by iNetworksPacOptic, Verizon will provide for use on resold Verizon retail Telecommunications Service dial tone lines purchased by iNetworks PacOptic such Verizon retail Telecommunications Service call blocking and call screening services as Verizon provides to its own end user retail Customers, where and to the extent Verizon provides such Verizon retail Telecommunications Service call blocking services to Verizon’s own end user retail Customers. iNetworks PacOptic understands and agrees that certain of Verizon’s call blocking and call screening services are not guaranteed to block or screen all calls and that notwithstanding iNetworks’ PacOptic’s purchase of such blocking or screening services, Resellers, Reseller PacOptic’s end user Customers or other persons ordering, activating or using Telecommunications Services on the resold dial tone lines may complete or accept calls which iNetworks PacOptic intended to block. Notwithstanding the foregoing, iNetworks PacOptic shall be responsible for and shall pay Verizon all charges for Telecommunications Services provided by Verizon or provided by persons other than Verizon and billed for by Verizon in accordance with the terms of Section 4.1 above.

Notwithstanding the foregoing, iNetworks ▇▇▇▇▇ Journal shall be responsible for and shall pay Verizon all charges for Telecommunications Services provided by Verizon or provided by persons other than Verizon and billed for by Verizon in accordance with the terms of Section 4.1 above.

Notwithstanding the foregoing, iNetworks ▇▇▇▇ Tell shall be responsible for and shall pay Verizon all charges for Telecommunications Services provided by Verizon or provided by persons other than Verizon and billed for by Verizon in accordance with the terms of Section 4.1 above.

Responsibility for Charges. 4.1 iNetworks Threshold shall be responsible for and pay to Verizon all charges for any Telecommunications Services provided by Verizon or provided by persons other than Verizon and billed for by Verizon, that are ordered, activated or used by iNetworksThreshold, Resellers, Reseller Customers, Threshold Customers or any other persons, through, by means of, or in association with, Telecommunications Services provided by Verizon to iNetworks Threshold pursuant to this Resale Attachment. 4.2 Upon request by iNetworksThreshold, Verizon will provide for use on resold Verizon retail Telecommunications Service dial tone lines purchased by iNetworks Threshold such Verizon retail Telecommunications Service call blocking and call screening services as Verizon provides to its own end user retail Customers, where and to the extent Verizon provides such Verizon retail Telecommunications Service call blocking services to Verizon’s own end user retail Customers. iNetworks Threshold understands and agrees that certain of Verizon’s call blocking and call screening services are not guaranteed to block or screen all calls and that notwithstanding iNetworks’ Threshold’s purchase of such blocking or screening services, Resellers, Reseller Threshold’s end user Customers or other persons ordering, activating or using Telecommunications Services on the resold dial tone lines may complete or accept calls which iNetworks Threshold intended to block. Notwithstanding the foregoing, iNetworks Threshold shall be responsible for and shall pay Verizon all charges for Telecommunications Services provided by Verizon or provided by persons other than Verizon and billed for by Verizon in accordance with the terms of Section 4.1 above.
