Responsibility for Payment. The responsibility for payment will be in accordance with The Standard Authorities - Payroll Documents.

Responsibility for Payment. The Sub-Administrator shall not be entitled to receive any payment for the performance of its services hereunder from the Fund and shall look solely and exclusively to the Administrator for payment of all fees for such services.

Responsibility for Payment. The Parties will render to each other monthly bill(s) for interconnection and facilities provided hereunder at the rates set forth in the Pricing Attachment of this Agreement. Each Party shall pay bills in accordance with terms of this Agreement. Responsibility for Payment. The persons signing this Agreement on behalf of the City of Costa Mesa represent that they have authority to so act and agree that they shall be jointly and severally liable to the Firm for all sums due or to become due to the Firm under this Agreement, and they agree to be bound by the section entitled “Arbitration of Disputes” set forth above. The Firm encourages the persons signing this Agreement to consult with independent counsel about this provision.

Failure by the Breakfast/Afterschool Club to make a written or verbal request for payment of fees does not constitute an excuse or reason for late or non-payment.

Responsibility for Payment. 8.3.1 Each person who signs the Acceptance Form is jointly and separately liable for payment of all fees (including additional fees for supplementary activities or other extras) incurred by your child whilst at the School. This means that the School may in its sole discretion recover all or any of the fees owing to the School from one or all of such persons. 8.3.2 The School may agree with you/request in writing that a third party is responsible for payment, or should act as guarantor for payment of the fees. This does not release you from liability to pay the fees and you will be responsible for payment of the full amount of the fees if the third party fails to pay. The School reserves the right to refuse to accept a payment from a third party.
