Common use of Responsibility for Compliance Clause in Contracts

Responsibility for Compliance. Tenant shall be responsible for ensuring compliance with these Rules, as they may be amended, by Tenant’s employees and as applicable, by Tenant’s agents, invitees, contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers. Tenant shall cooperate with any reasonable program or requests by Landlord to monitor and enforce the Rules, including providing vehicle numbers and taking appropriate action against such of the foregoing parties who violate these provisions.
