Common use of Responsibility for Compliance Clause in Contracts

Responsibility for Compliance. Each Party shall (except as otherwise set forth in other written agreements entered into between the Parties) be, as to its own activities, responsible for compliance with Applicable Law with respect to any sale, manufacture or other use involving any Technology, including any NV Technology, and any associated Intellectual Property Rights therein, including, without limitation, any Applicable Export Control or Economic Sanctions Programs.
