- RESPONSIBILITY FOR CONTINUANCE OF OPERATION. 24.01 The Union agrees that during the life of this Agreement, there shall be no strikes, suspension or slowdown of work, picketing or any other interferences with the Employer's business and to this end, the Union will take affirmative action to prevent any employee covered by this Agreement from going on strike or suspending or slowing down her work or picketing, or otherwise interfering with the Employer's business. 24.02 The Employer agrees that there shall be no lockout of employees during the life of this Agreement.
