Responsibility for Data. Customer shall be responsible for the substance, meaning, results and analysis of Customer’s use of any Customer Data, and Service Provider shall not incur any liability resulting from such use of Customer Data. Nothing herein is intended to diminish Service Provider’s obligations under this Agreement or relieve Service Provider from such obligations.
