Responsibility for orders. The Provider acknowledges that each Contracting Body is independently responsible for the conduct of its order for Call-Off Contracts under the Framework Agreement and that the Authority is not responsible or accountable for and shall have no liability whatsoever in relation to:- the conduct of Other Contracting Bodies in relation to the Framework Agreement; or the performance or non-performance of any Call-Off Contract between the Provider and Other Contracting Bodies entered into pursuant to the Framework Agreement.
