Responsibility for Related Parties. 31.4.1 The Employer will be responsible as against the Department for the acts or omissions of the Employer Related Parties as if they were the acts or omissions of the Employer and the Department will be responsible as against the Employer for the acts or omissions of Department Related Parties as if they were the acts or omissions of the Department.
