Responsibility for Related Parties. Subject to the provisions of this Agreement, in respect of Developer's performance or non-performance of the Project Documents, Developer shall be responsible for the acts and omissions of the Developer-Related Entities as if they were the acts and omissions of Developer. Developer shall be responsible for the selection of and pricing by any Contractor.
