Responsible Supervisor or Designee. If the issue is not resolved informally, the Union may present a written grievance to the Human Resources Office, within the thirty (30) day period described above. The responsible supervisor, manager or designee will meet or confer by telephone with a Union representative and the grievant within fifteen (15) days of receipt of the grievance, and will respond in writing to the Union within fifteen (15) days after the meeting or conference.
