Rest Periods and Meal Allowance – Working Overtime. a) Employees working overtime for two (2) or more hours will be allowed a fifteen (15) minute rest period at the beginning of each two (2) hour period worked. b) Employees working overtime for the two (2) or more hours, without being notified on the previous day, will be provided with a meal or, if a meal is not provided, will be entitled to a meal allowance of fifteen dollars ($15.00).
