Common use of Restricted Accounts Clause in Contracts

Restricted Accounts. Have more than $100,000 in cash in the aggregate at any time which is not on deposit in an account with an Approved Depository Bank which is subject to a Restricted Account Agreement other than (i) a Nebraska Sub payroll account, and (ii) the Notes Collateral Account.
