Restricted Definitive Notes to Beneficial Interests in Restricted Global Notes Sample Clauses
This clause governs the conversion of restricted definitive notes into beneficial interests within restricted global notes. In practice, it outlines the conditions and procedures under which holders of physical, individually registered restricted notes can exchange them for electronic interests recorded in a global note, typically held through a clearing system. This process facilitates more efficient trading and transfer of securities by allowing holders to move from paper-based to electronic ownership, thereby enhancing liquidity and reducing administrative burdens.
